5. Payment and Billing​

We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Prices, features, and limits are subject to change with notice.

5.2 Payment Terms​

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

5.3 Refund and Cancellation Policy​

Refund: If you are not satisfied with our service and would like a refund, please contact us via the BoltShot website or email us at hello@boltshot.dev.

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to deny refunds in situations where the product has been extensively used or if the request is made after a reasonable period following the subscription purchase.

Cancellation: Users can cancel their subscription at any time through the billing page on BoltShot.

6. Intellectual Property​

Unless otherwise stated, BoltShot owns the intellectual property rights for all material on BoltShot. All intellectual property rights are reserved. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability​

BoltShot is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
